Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground chuck and add chopped onion; drain if needed.
  2. Boil lasagna noodles until tender.
  3. Butter the bottom of a long casserole dish.
  4. Layer noodles, meat, cottage cheese, and shredded cheeses in the dish.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
