Instructions
- Line a pie plate with 3 squares of crescent roll dough.
- Save the remaining square for strips to top the pie.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg and mix with salami, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place the meat mixture into the prepared pie shell.
- Cut the remaining crescent roll square into strips and lace them over the top of the pie.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and enjoy.
