- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into individual pieces.
- Press the dough into a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish, forming a 1/2 inch crust up the sides.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cooked sausage, chopped green pepper, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and dough in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
