  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Separate the crescent roll dough into individual pieces.
  3. Press the dough into a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish, forming a 1/2 inch crust up the sides.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cooked sausage, chopped green pepper, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and dough in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
