- Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil.
- Add lasagna noodles to boiling water with oil and cook for 12 minutes.
- Drain water from noodles and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add spaghetti mix, tomato sauce, and tomato paste to the beef.
- Pour in 1/2 cup water and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Layer in a baking dish: noodles, meat mixture, cheddar cheese, spinach, repeat layers, ending with noodles and cheese on top.
- Bake at 425°F for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
