Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. canned green chilies, chopped
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in hot oil.
  2. Add canned green chilies, canned tomatoes, salt, and oregano.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
