Meat In A Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread (unsliced)
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped ham
  • 1/3 c. bell pepper
  • 1/3 c. green onion
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice bread lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out middle.
  3. Reserve for dipping.
  4. In large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  5. Spoon into hollowed out bread.
  6. Wrap loaf in foil.
  7. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Slice.
  8. Serve hot.
