Ingredients

  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 3 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk until forming a soft dough.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch square.
  4. Mix margarine, catsup, and minced onion; spread evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll up the dough jelly-roll fashion and cut into 8 slices.
  6. Place the slices on a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Prepare gravy mix according to package instructions and serve with the pinwheels.
