Meat-Rice Casserole

Instructions
- Brown chopped onion in small amount of oil.
- Add ground meat and brown; break it up as it cooks.
- Add salt, pepper, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, tomatoes and rice. Cook in a greased covered baking dish at 350° or until rice is done.
- Be sure the rice is covered with liquid so it will not dry out and be sure the lid fits well.
- (Aluminum foil works well.)
