- Cook together ground round or ground chuck and onions (stir enough to keep granular) until onions are clear and meat is brown. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, chili powder, tomatoes, Ro-Tel chilies and tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Cook vermicelli or thin spaghetti until done.
