Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin

Instructions

  1. Combine onion, parsley, egg, ketchup, garlic (minced), and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add cheese and crumbs, and combine.
  3. Using your hands, add the meat and gently combine the meat with the above mixture.
  4. Shape the meat into 1 1/2 in balls (you should end up with 16 meatballs.
  5. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
