Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 package Lipton onion soup
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Roll the hamburger into small to medium-sized meatballs.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them in a large roasting pan.
  3. Add the uncooked rice and chopped onion to the pan.
  4. Sprinkle Lipton onion soup mix, pepper, and salt over the meatballs, potatoes, and rice.
  5. Mix the cream of chicken soup with 1 cup water and pour over the ingredients in the pan.
  6. Cover the pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
