Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small loaf white bread, torn into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a large pan.
  2. Add chopped celery, chopped onion, and water; cook until tender.
  3. Combine with cream soup, sage, parsley flakes, garlic salt, pepper, and torn bread pieces.
  4. Place the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until browned.
