Creamy beef stroganoff with tender stew beef and savory mushroom and onion flavors, perfect for comforting family dinners or hearty gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans French onion soup
  • 1 small can sour cream
  • 1 lb. stew beef
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Turn on your crock-pot on low.
  2. Pour in the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans of French onion soup.
  3. Put in the 1 lb. of stew beef.
  4. Put on the lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Once done, boil some egg noodles separately.
  6. Add the optional small can of sour cream into the crock-pot and stir well.
  7. Serve the beef gravy over the cooked noodles.
