Creamy beef stroganoff with tender stew beef and savory mushroom and onion flavors, perfect for comforting family dinners or hearty gatherings.

Instructions
- Turn on your crock-pot on low.
- Pour in the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans of French onion soup.
- Put in the 1 lb. of stew beef.
- Put on the lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Once done, boil some egg noodles separately.
- Add the optional small can of sour cream into the crock-pot and stir well.
- Serve the beef gravy over the cooked noodles.
