Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Combine egg, milk, and oil in a bowl.
  2. Add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  3. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Use a 1/4 cup measure to dip pancake batter (use 1 tablespoon for dollar size pancakes).
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
