A refreshing and fruity melon thick shake blending cantaloupe, strawberries, yogurt, and vanilla for a cool treat perfect for hot days or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 pint strawberries, rinsed, hulled and halved
  • 2 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup unflavored yogurt

Instructions

  1. Freeze cantaloupe cubes on a baking sheet.
  2. Combine strawberries, light Karo syrup, and vanilla in a blender.
  3. Add frozen cantaloupe; blend until smooth.
  4. Add yogurt and lemon juice to the blender.
  5. Blend until well combined and smooth.
