Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • additional confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix margarine, confectioners sugar, vanilla, cake flour, and salt until well combined.
  3. Drop small spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until set and not browned.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
