Menorah Apple Pudding

- Peel, core and dice the apples. Put them in a microwave proof bowl with the 50g sugar, jam, lemon juice and orange juice. Cook on full power for 7 minutes.
- Put the cooked apple into the bottom of an oven dish.
- Beat the margarine, caster sugar, ground almonds, eggs and lemon zest together until smooth. Spread over the apple.
- Bake for 40 minutes on 350°F/180°C until golden brown,.
