Ingredients

  • 7 oz. small shell macaroni
  • 8 oz. mock crab meat, minced fine
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni according to the package instructions.
  2. Rinse the cooked macaroni and set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, seasoned salt, black pepper, and green onion.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni and minced crab meat to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Chill the salad overnight before serving.
