Mesquite Turkey
A smoky mesquite turkey infused with aromatic vegetables and seasoned with Mrs. Dash, perfect for outdoor grilling and special holiday gatherings.

- Place wet mesquite wood chips in a disposable aluminum pie pan on coals on one side of the bottom of the outdoor grill, with the grid removed so the pan sits directly on the coals.
- Keep the wood chips wet at all times to ensure it smokes.
- Quarter the onion and carrots and place them inside the cavity of the turkey.
- Sprinkle Mrs. Dash seasoning inside the cavity of the turkey.
- Put the turkey in an oblong pan on top of the grill, positioned to one side.
- Turn both burners on high for 15 minutes to start the cooking process.
- Turn the burner under the larger part of the turkey to low and the other burner to medium, then cook for about 4 hours or until the turkey is done.
