Ingredients

  • 8 oz. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip each chicken breast half into the melted butter, then roll in the cornflake mixture coated with Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, paprika, thyme, seasoned salt, and white pepper.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. If the chicken gets too brown, add a little water to prevent burning.
