Ingredients

  • 1 large can Veg-All
  • 1 small or medium Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Open the can of Veg-All and drain excess liquid if desired.
  2. Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes for easier melting.
  3. In a large pot, combine the Veg-All, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  4. Add the butter or margarine to the mixture.
  5. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until the cheese is melted and the chowder is heated through.
  6. If the chowder is too thick, add more milk gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Serve hot.
