- Soften the cream cheese and spread it in the bottom of a 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate.
- Cover the cream cheese with the Hormel chili, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese over the chili to cover completely.
- Cover the plate with plastic wrap, leaving it loose to vent.
- Microwave on high for approximately 6 minutes or until the cheese melts evenly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
