  1. Remove the skins from the bananas and save the skins.
  2. Dip the bananas in lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle the bananas with sugar.
  4. Place the bananas back into their skins.
  5. Wrap each banana in foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the skins are black.
  7. Serve warm.
