  • 2 medium tomatoes, ripe
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in your gourmet chopper and mix to your desired consistency.
  2. The gourmet chopper makes a finer cut.
