Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 bottle creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1 small can small pitted black olives
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Break up the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Add diced onion, diced tomatoes, diced red pepper, pitted black olives, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese to the bowl and mix.
  3. Break up the tortilla chips and add them to the salad.
  4. Toss the salad with creamy Caesar dressing until well coated.
