Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ground dark roast coffee
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place ground dark roast coffee and ground cinnamon in the filter basket of a coffee maker.
  2. Add water and brew the coffee.
  3. In a saucepan, blend milk, chocolate syrup, and light brown sugar.
  4. Stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Combine the milk mixture with the brewed coffee.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Pour into cups to serve.
  8. Top each serving with whipped cream and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
