Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2-4 Tbsp water
  • 1/4 C sliced black olives
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 2/3 C mayonnaise
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 1/2 C shredded cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer until well combined and heated through.
  3. In a bowl, mix black olives, chopped onion, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well blended.
  4. Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles and place in an ungreased 10-inch pie plate or 8x12-inch glass pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  5. Spoon the cooked hamburger over the crust evenly.
  6. Top with diced tomatoes and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  7. Spread the sour cream mixture over the beef and vegetables.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  10. Serve warm with salsa on the side.
