- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer until well combined and heated through.
- In a bowl, mix black olives, chopped onion, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well blended.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles and place in an ungreased 10-inch pie plate or 8x12-inch glass pan, covering the bottom and sides.
- Spoon the cooked hamburger over the crust evenly.
- Top with diced tomatoes and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the beef and vegetables.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
