Ingredients

  • 4 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
  • 4 celery stalks, cut up fine
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 3 cans Mexican chili beans
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 large onion, cut up fine
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large pot.
  2. Simmer the mixture for one hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. To serve individually, place a layer of Fritos on each plate.
  4. Top with the meat mixture, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, and lettuce.
