A quick and flavorful cheese quesadilla filled with bacon and green chilies, perfect for a satisfying snack or meal in minutes, ideal for cheese lovers and snack enthusiasts.

Ingredients

  • 2 Old El Paso flour tortillas
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup Old El Paso cheese and salsa dip
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. Old El Paso chopped green chilies

Instructions

  1. Lightly brush each tortilla with melted butter.
  2. Spread cheese dip over one tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  3. Sprinkle with cooked, crumbled bacon and chopped green chilies.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top to form a sandwich.
  5. Place the stacked tortillas on a microwave-safe plate.
  6. Microwave on High (100%) power for 1 1/2 minutes.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa or picante if desired.
