- Brown the ground chuck in a skillet.
- Add chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and salt; cook until vegetables are tender and mixture is drained of excess liquid.
- Add the Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chili peppers, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of garlic to the meat mixture.
- Cook until heated through and flavors meld.
- Add the jalapeno cheese, garlic cheese, and Velveeta; stir until all cheeses are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Let the cheese mixture cool slightly.
- Fill hoagie buns or hot dog buns with the cheese and meat mixture.
- Wrap the filled buns in foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
