Ingredients

  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 c. yellow raisins
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. green olives, sliced
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 12 oz. tomato paste
  • Fritos
  • onion salt
  • oregano
  • salt
  • chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger, pepper and onion in skillet.
  2. Add olives and raisins when meat is about half done.
  3. In another skillet, cook tomato sauce, paste and seasonings for about 20 minutes.
  4. Combine meat and sauce; pour over Fritos in a casserole.
  5. Lay cheese over all; bake at 350° just until cheese is melted.
