Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 17 oz Ranch Style beans
  • 10 oz Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 12 tortillas
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
  2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, Ranch Style beans, Ro-Tel tomatoes, and tomato sauce in a bowl.
  3. Place torn tortillas in a long shallow casserole dish.
  4. Pour the cooked meat mixture over the tortillas.
  5. Top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
