Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup onion, minced
  • 3/4 cup garlic cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup fresh hot green pepper, cored, seeded and minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in glass or ceramic dish. Use with chicken, beef, or pork.
