Ingredients

  • 1 crushed clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 lb roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried cilantro (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Saute the crushed garlic in peanut oil over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients: roasted peanuts, salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper, dried cilantro (if using), and lemon juice.
  3. Cook for about 2 minutes in the open skillet.
  4. Allow the peanuts to cool before serving.
