Ingredients

  • Large pkg. Armour dried beef, diced
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • diced jalapeno peppers (to taste)
  • diced onions (to taste)
  • diced black olives (to taste)
  • garlic (optional)
  • large tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on large tortillas.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly and refrigerate overnight in a covered container or with plastic wrap.
  4. Slice into pin wheels the next day and serve.
