Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. very lean ground beef

Instructions

  1. Saute onions and green pepper until tender.
  2. Add curry powder and flour; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually stir in milk and tomato sauce, stirring constantly.
  4. Heat until bubbly.
  5. Add ground beef and simmer for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve over noodles or rice.
