Layered in the slow cooker, this flavorful tortilla stack combines seasoned ground beef, cheese, fresh tomatoes, and crispy tortillas for a satisfying meal perfect for family dinners.

- Crumble 1/4 of the ground beef into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Top with 1/4 of the tortilla wedges.
- In a small bowl, combine the cheese soup and taco seasoning mix.
- Spread 1/4 of the soup mixture over the tortillas in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 of the chopped tomatoes.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with the soup mixture and tomatoes on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with sour cream, shredded lettuce, chopped green onion, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped avocado as desired.
