Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried pintos
  • 1 piece fat back or ham bone
  • 1 5 oz can Hot and Spicy V-8 Juice
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 or 4 sliced jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. Fill with water to cover the ingredients.
  3. Cook until the beans are tender.
