Mexican Roll-Ups are flavorful, versatile appetizers featuring a creamy cheese and olive filling wrapped in tortillas. Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 16 oz. jar picante sauce
  • 12 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, using only half of the picante sauce.
  2. Spread the mixture on each tortilla shell and roll them up tightly.
  3. Place the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours.
  4. Slice into pieces and serve with the remaining picante sauce.
