Ingredients

  • 1 small can green chiles, diced
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 3 small yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 package frozen corn
  • Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute diced green chiles and chopped onion in butter until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Add sliced yellow squash and simmer until soft.
  3. Stir in frozen corn and cook until heated through.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, cover generously with Velveeta cheese.
  5. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
