Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar
  • green onion and stems, finely chopped
  • chopped green olives
  • chopped black olives (optional)
  • 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, and salsa until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a serving dish.
  3. Top with grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  4. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, chopped green olives (including black olives if desired), and chopped tomatoes.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers, tortilla chips, or similar accompaniments.
