Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 zucchini squash
  • 1 1/2 lb. pork steak
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. frozen corn
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tsp. margarine
  • garlic salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cubed pork; cook until pork is tender and browned.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, frozen corn, sliced zucchini, garlic salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked and flavors are well combined.
