Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 or 2 chopped jalapenos
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag Doritos
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain ground meat and onion.
  2. Mix Ro-Tel tomatoes, tomato soup, Cheddar cheese soup, cream of celery soup, garlic powder, and chopped jalapenos.
  3. Stir in the cooked meat and onion mixture.
  4. Layer in a pan: Doritos, meat mixture, and shredded cheeses.
  5. Bake at 350°F until the cheese melts.
