Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1can romano beans
  • 2 cans molasses baked beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of frozen corn
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cayanne pepper (use less if you do not like spicy food)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Break up raw ground beef as much as possible. Place all ingredients in crock pot, stir and cook on high for 6 hours. Enjoy!
