Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Pour the cherry pie filling into an oblong Pyrex baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the cherry filling.
  3. Pat the cake mix into the cherries to distribute evenly.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and a little cinnamon over the top.
  5. Dot with margarine and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  6. Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 14 minutes.
