Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. boned woodchuck meat
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove all fat from the woodchuck meat and grind it with a meat grinder.
  2. Mix the ground meat with bread crumbs, chopped parsley, chopped green onions, chopped green pepper, garlic powder, and basil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties.
