Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. cut-up, cooked chicken
  • 2/3 c. chopped tomato
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 tsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. salsa
  • 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
  • 1 bag tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, tomato, onions, green pepper and garlic powder in 16-ounce casserole.
  2. Cover tightly and microwave on High 1 minute; stir.
  3. Cover tightly and microwave until hot, 1 to 2 minutes longer; drain.
