Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 2 cans clams and liquid
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (13 oz.) cans milk
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. In a 3-quart casserole, cook bacon and onions for 5 minutes on High.
  2. Add diced potatoes, clam juice from the cans, and water to the casserole.
  3. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.
  4. Add clams, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
