- Drain excess fat or liquid if needed.
- Add peeled and cubed potatoes and water to the casserole.
- Cook, covered, on Full power for 15 to 17 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Continue stirring during cooking.
- Add cream-style corn, milk, salt, and pepper to the casserole.
- Cook, covered, on Full power for 5 to 8 minutes. Do not boil. Stir halfway through cooking time.
