Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground ham
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 well-beaten eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Bring the ingredients to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
  3. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour.
  4. Baste a couple of times and turn the meatballs after 30 minutes.
